Returns and Refunds
We take great pride in what we sell and we do our very best to ensure that all items are of the highest quality however in the rare event that a product is faulty we can offer a refund.
Faulty items can be returned for a full refund minus the shipping, goods must be sent back to us within 10 days of receipt. The Buyer is responsible for return postage. If you have any queries regarding a return please email us directly at:

Please include a brief description of how the item is faulty. Please do not forget to include your details when sending your items back to us so we know who to refund. All items must be sent to the following address:

Please be aware we cannot accept returns which appear to have been worn, washed or soiled in any way. You will not be refunded if we feel your item is not in the condition it was when you received it. So please take great care of your item until you are sure you want to keep it. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the item reaches us safely, so we recommend you use a secure postage/shipping method such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
